Gloria was fantastic! She was quick but also did a very thorough job! She did everything I asked and then some, and is always friendly and kind! I am so appreciative of her hard and quick work! I hope to have her again.

Office staff is not helpful and multiple maids have showed up late. My cleanings are booked out 4 weeks in advance and the office notify me 30 minutes before my cleaning window closes that the maids will be a couple hours late or unable to show. Customer service is OK but there’s no room for requests and if you need to add an additional service, they make you request it up to 48 hours prior or risk cancelling your appointment.

The bathroom dustbin cover hasn’t been put back on, the dinner table hasn’t been cleaned, and the toilet hasn’t been cleaned properly. The bedding hasn’t been done, and the bedsheets haven’t been removed and put back in a proper way.
