My hard wood floors in kitchen
My hard wood floors in kitchen, both bathroom, long hall way or main living floors were not vacuumed or damped washed, only the 2 carpeted floors were cleaned. My bathroom mirror was not clean or medicine cabinet But she was nice Debra

Good cleaning but not as thorough as we hoped. There is always dust left on window sills, light fixtures and other nooks that we would expect to have been cleaned.

Door left unlocked
My front door was not closed fully and therefor was left unlocked (I have an auto-locking deadbolt).

So far I haven’t had one cancelation…
So far I haven’t had one cancelation and every clean has been good. One of the three cleans was exceptional!

They didn't change the sheets in my master bedroom. I had them sitting on the chair right next to the bed.
