I am always disappointed and at this point don’t know why I keep coming back. Multiple rooms were not vacuumed, or not vacuumed thoroughly. In my office I saw only the side of the room in front of the rug was vacuumed, and no attempt was made to vacuum the rug itself or the back half of the room. Visible lint, small items still visible in most rooms of the house. Mirrors not cleaned. Bottom of tub cleaned but walls not cleaned. Still a ring of calcium buildup on the waterline of the toilets. Items dusted around and not moved to do dusting (coffee table books unmoved and dust all around them, pictured on shelves not moved, shelves of entertainment center missed entirely) It’s honestly infuriating and I’m so sick of it happening every single time I book with Spruce. They spray some lemon scented bullshit to make it seem like they’ve cleaned but really just done the bare minimum and spent less than an hour in a 3 bedroom house. Come on. Edited to add: dropping the review from 2 stars to 1 star because of the customer service. If I leave a review and you want to do something about it, reach out to me. Don’t make me email you. You already have my contact information. I’ve already given you the details in my review about why I’m upset. If you truly wanted to fix it you’d proactively reach out to me rather than just some fake reply to my review that you’re sorry and you want to make it up to me. That’s not good customer service at all.

Since Spruce changed ownership, service has declined. I get multiple texts and emails at a time saying the same thing. My credit card has been charged 7 times in a row for 1 cleaning. Applying a coupon was an ordeal. Cleaning itself is low quality now. The price went up and paying $149 for a basic cleaning that is crappy is not okay. Did Veronica quit? I have pictures I can show of the bad job that was done 2 cleanings in a row. They don’t move things to clean the shower or dust basic surfaces. Cleaning used to take 2+ hours and now is 1-1.5 hours and the poor quality shows. Let me know if you want pictures.
