AWFUL! The worst online ordering experience I have ever had. The website is a scam. I ordered two puzzles in time for Mother's Day and I never received the items. The tracking number shows that the item has been in California since 4/29. No status updates have been provided. Customer service is the worst. They have responded to each of my emails with a generic automated response. No solutions. They have taken my money, not delivered the items and will not respond to emails. I only wish I read the reviews prior to ordering. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.

This company is a scam do not buy from them you will never get your order and you only get automated responses. I am contacting my credit card company. Ordered 7 weeks ago and paid for fast shipping.

Do NOT buy from this company!! I purchased a 500-piece jigsaw puzzle on 4/7/20 and still do not have it 6 weeks later— though they were quick to charge me the $39.99! I’ve emailed 4-5 times and get the same automated response that says someone will be in touch, but it doesn’t happen. Instead, they send a tracking message, which always ends with nothing. There’s no way to call them, either. They need to be OUT OF BUSINESS!

DO not buy from this company. Ordered on 4/9 and it's now 5/12 and the item still hasnt shipped. They emailed me to say it was shipped on 4/30 but that's just the date they sent the label info to USPS but they havent received the item yet so who knows what's going on. And it's impossible to contact the company to get any info so again I say, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

My experience is exactly like everyone else’s. They quote 3-5 day production time and 7-10 days for shipping. Item was ordered on 4/4/20, I received an email on 4/11 that it was going into production (so already missed the production window), I received an email on 4/21 that it had shipped, and as of 5/11 it has not arrived and the tracking info is bogus.

Chinese company, Chinese made. Reviews on their site must be fake. Chinese tracking uggg. Just one suggestion: buy local if you wish to ever see your order.

Complete fraud. Ordered April 11th; still don't have it on May 10th. Alleged "tracking" shows USPS never received it despite tag being made on April 24. Dispute it on your card or PayPal account. This is not a real company.
