HORRIBLEEEE I ordered a puzzle with a picture of my dog back on April 6th. I JUST received my order today May 28th. The puzzle comes almost all the way built and the picture quality is terrible! It is a complete blur! Complete waste of money and my time waiting for this. Horrible company!

Buyers beware!!!! I placed an order a month ago(april 30 2020). The website claims that it takes 5-9 days for the product to be made and 5-9 days for shipping. STILL NOTHING(May 28 2020). I emailed them multiple times and finally got a response saying that all orders are delayed due to covid-19. I understand that its not their fault and i feel bad for all those companies that are affected. My complaint is that their website makes no mention of delayed shipping. I think its very misleading and unprofessional to continue to claim that the orders are running on-time when they know that it not true!

I ordered my item in March and I still have not gotten it. I tried to get a refund when I realized this product was not going to arrive in mid-April for a birthday gift and they said it already shipped and that there are just delays. I just got notification today that it is out for shipping but at this point don't know what to believe. I see that they have ads for Father's Day products now-- I would advise potential customers to steer clear from this company, especially for time-sensitive items!

Do not order from them. Took 45 days to deliver VIP. Received a 1000 piece puzzle that every piece was cut the same, except the border. What fun is putting together 100 sky puzzle pieces that are all the same, with the same cut. Was a waste of $54. Would never order anything from them again. Shipping is near impossible to track.

Same as everyone else. Product not received in 5 weeks. I email them daily to cancel order but they refuse. Their website still says 10-15 days. To make me feel better they sent me tracking numbers of other customers. What good is that? I have escalated a claim via PayPal. We'll see if I get my money back. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

DO NOT ORDER FROM "Get PhotoBlanket". The shipping cost more than the puzzle and it has been over a month and it still hasn't left China (according to the tracking). I make the mistake of buying a puzzle from them for my wife for Mothers Day. Not only did it not arrive (even after paying expedited shipping and "VIP Service"), I am out over $60 bucks. They filter their reviews on their website. Look at other postings and you will see that their service is incredibly poor. Update 6/10/20:. The puzzle arrived. One end of the box was crushed. A printed image of the puzzle was taped to the front of the box. Not gift worthy.... Unless you don't like the person.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY... ITS A SCAM!!!! everything you have read from all the other reviews from it's in transit to its delayed because of covid 19 was all said to me over two months ago..I was even sent a fake shipping letter that said my order was in Fremont california.. if it's in the states it would have been delivered..I was also told after the first month and after they said it was shipped that they had to redo my order.. again after they said it shipped... keep your money everyone this place just steals money from people ...
