These stockings ripped within one month of normal wear, which is completely unacceptable for a product marketed as durable. What’s even more frustrating is the deceptive marketing around the “100-day warranty.” It gives the impression of long-term protection, but in reality it’s only 30 days, which is essentially the same as the standard return window.
I would not have purchased these had the warranty terms been presented honestly. Poor quality and misleading advertising — not worth the price. Also customer service is automated and not helpful at all.

Customer service is THE BEST. Had an issue with a delivery (believed to be stolen) and I received a response - from a person - within 30 minutes. On a Friday afternoon. I received supportive instructions on confirming the loss, did that and emailed them back. This time they responded in 10 minutes with positive feedback and an immediate solution that would not cost us a cent. I have several of their products already and love their hosiery. The company clearly matches the caliber of the products they make. 5 stars.

The tights are absolutely comfortable and durable and feel wonderful! The staff is very helpful. They listened to my issue and handled it personally without throwing an “it is our policy” standard language at me. I really appreciate that. It is hard these days to find a company that treats customers well and Noosh staff stand out.
