Convenient, but needs some work.
I really liked having the therapist come to my home instead of travelling to them. Unfortunately the therapist assigned wasn't well versed in what I needed so ultimately it didn't help much. Be aware that their billing practices are a bit strange. I wasn't billed per session as we went, i received a massive single bill at the end which caught me off guard. They did automatically bill my card on file or offer to bill it, instead send me regular paper bills with no online means to remit my payment. They have some work to do with setting billing expectations and making it easy to collect payments.

Tim, We are sorry to hear that the therapist couldn't help you. If you would like to message me directly with your name, we'd love to investigate your case to see why that was. Luna therapists have an average of 10 years experience and are extremely skilled. As for billing, it can get complicated because Luna sends your bills to your insurance company first. Depending on your insurance company, that process can take time, delaying the bill that comes to you. As soon as they are adjusted by insurance, Luna sends the adjusted bills to patients. However, we are currently making improvements to our billing process to make it more streamlined for patients. We wish you all the best in your recovery.
