I actually received the product from a company saying it was Lirae, but had my doubts when the bag had 300 softgels and not the 30. I started using the new bag last week when it arrived. I have not had any bloodwork so not sure if having success yet. I have not had any negative side effects.

This is not a miracle pill but it does help bring my numbers down. When I received it. I Emailed Lirae about the fake ones being talked about on FB and they answered me right away. They said I ordered mine from the getlirae.com web site and they are the real thing. I’m happy with my purchase and when I get low I’ll reorder. Not sure why but it took several weeks to get my order so I’ll order again soon

I’ve been taking Liraé for about 8 months. After about 2 months I thought, how do I know if it’s working if I continue taking the medication. So one night I forgot to take it and I tested my sugar the next morning. My sugar was good. I was surprised and happy. So I started a routine where I take one Liraé capsule every morning. I kept checking my blood sugar and it was good every time. I did this for several months and prayed that it would be good, then made an appointment with my doctor. I was nervous to tell her that I stopped my medication. I told her what I was doing and she said “ok, that’s good. There is a correlation between Ceylon cinnamon and blood sugar.” She said to keep taking it and we’ll check it in about 3 months. My diabetes is Type 2. I hope Liraé is around for a long time because I’m a life long customer 💝
