My glucose levels were spiking. I was in danger of being put on insulin which as a truck driver would have ended my career. I started taking Lirae and in about a month, my levels dropped back to more manageable. They are not as low as I'd like but they did neutralize the insulin threat at least for now. I will be ordering more and hopefully this will continue.

I actually chew up the capsules and take more than one per day. I'm not sure how it's going to affect my blood sugar as of yet. I just eat them like a dessert.
