Overall I think the product may actually work on some level. In August 2025 my A1C was 6.2. Recently tested again - July 2026 and it is now at 5.6. I also changed my diet to primarily vegetarian and pescatarian and average walking 8000 steps a day. I used my last of 5 bags ordered in December 2025 in late spring and have not reordered because honestly their website is pretty frustrating. I just want to order for 5 months and do not want a subscription. But even if I do not check subscription it still looks like I will get another shipment in 30 days. Which is frustrating.

My husband and I have taken Lirae for 3 months. We both notice a lower reading on our blood sugar since taking adding to our supplement routine.

I'm just an ordinary man, I have diabetes and have been fighting the numbers for years. There so many products out there where they this will reverse your diabetes. Well I tried a few and total waste of time. I talked to my doctor about this lirae cinnamon and was told that it could be good for supporting healthy sugar levels. So I tried it and after 28 days I started noticing a steady pattern of low glucose reading. I went from having numbers ranging in the 218 to 194 down to 130 to 138 which is really good numbers for me. I feel much better. I started with the 90 day supply and gonna continue. This stuff works just like they advertise. With everything out there this is honestly worth it. It also helps control sugar spikes .

Received my 6 month lab results. A1C drpped to 6.9, Glucose dropped to 127 but the shining star was my Tri-Glycerides dropped from 211 to 105 on Lirae Ceylon Cinnamon. Hoping for better results, will continue use. Thanks Gary Renz

I just love this Ceylon cinnamon! It really works too!Customer Service has been very helpful when I needed them. They were prompt in getting back to me and answered all my questions. Definitely continuing with their product!
