This company enrolled me in a monthly subscription without my consent. Despite sending multiple emails, I have not received a response or confirmation that my subscription was canceled. I tried to cancel using the contact numbers provided by my credit card company (730-121-7625 and 213-297-1175), but neither worked. As a final step, I filed a fraud claim. I recommend avoiding websites that do not offer a customer support number for live assistance.

My sugar has been more consistent since taking your product. Go to the doctor in 2 weeks. Hopefully my A1C will be down and glucose level stable. It will be the true test if it is really working for me.

I believe that the Lirae Cinnamon gel capsules are a complete scam. Beware!!! Subscription is for 3x packages of 30 gel capsules, which should mean a subscription every 90 days. However, you’ll be paying monthly and getting 3x what you use, for a product that is ineffective. If you open the gel capsules, there is no hint at all of cinnamon. AVOID AND ALL COSTS!!! They will stall you, and string you along; should you try to obtain a refund. Don’t waste your money nor your time with this scam company and their worthless products.

Please don’t sign up for a subscription. It is a hassle to cancel. I’ve contracted them 3xs. My bank refunded me and they’re still taking money from. DON’T Do It.

I have been taking this everyday for over six months, and I just got my lab results back and my glucose level is still above 180! I've tried to reach out to Lirea, with no response, asking them why this is Not working for me???

My order never arrived, I tried to contact Lirae and had one response about my invoice/order number which I responded to. Then nothing I finally filed a fraud report with my bank. USPS tracking number showed it was mailed with counterfeit postage. I will never order again especially since Lirae never contacted me back
