I just opened my third package I have been taking 2 a day morning and night . I am not seeing great resoults but I do see small strides with my numbers. My fasting number were over 300 and seeing them down to the 200s at least. I will finish out my order and will get a A1 C test next week so we will see what the Dr. says then . Lets pray it helps me ..

Well I didn't like where it comes from it takes too long to get here you need to think ahead and order it in time. Also you have to be committed continuously take it to show some result. This is all the result was minimal 3 months now and showing some results

Unfortunately I did not see much difference in my daily readings. It did seem to help balance it a little, but I was really hoping for better results..

The pills are easy to incorporate into my daily routine despite their larger size. After taking them consistently for 6 months, I haven't seen any significant changes in my fasting glucose or A1C levels yet, supplements work differently for everyone. However, I plan to stick with them alongside a healthy diet and lifestyle, as every bit of support counts.

I was not sure that I signed up for a automatic order. The product has not met my expectations for the 60+ days I have used it. I am in a wait to see what happens mode. I didn't appreciate receiving more product when it was not yet working for me. I did appreciate the company being fair with me and returning my money even though I was encouraged to keep the product mailed out to me.

Based on other reviews thought I'd give it a try. After 3 months so decrease on A1C levels. Maybe will give it another try later.

This is the second Ceylon Cinnamon product I have tried. The first was ordered thru Amazon and was a fake. The second I ordered through Lirea website. I am starting my second bag and have not seen a decrease in my blood sugar levels which disappoints. I am inundated daily with emails or texts urging me to buy more. I’m beginning to believe the Ceylon cinnamon “thing” is a hoax. I will continue taking until I finish my current order. If I begin seeing results during my second bag I will consider ordering more. I will not reorder based on current results.
