Lirae has a great product that seems to have my blood sugar under control. I don’t check my blood everyday like I probably should but I know how I feel ! I owe it all to Lirae. I only have to take one capsule each day.

I am "negotiating" with my doctor to switch to Ceylon cinnamon. I have been on modern western meds for blood pressure and cholesterol and blood sugar for years, but now, after starting Ceylon cinnamon, all three biometrics are lower and continuing to fall.

I have been taking Lirae daily for almost 3 months. It is easy to take and leaves no taste behind. The customer service has been quickly responsive and always helpful. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 stars is I am saving the last star for my lab results coming next week. Fingers crossed and I will update when I know. Thank you.

I have to say my A1C went to prediabetic level.Cant attribute totally to Lirae product but sugar is within healthy range on Lingo sugar monitor.

I really did not notice a big change . I took it a few days but didn't notice a change.

Since I started taking Lirae I feel better all around and no longer have an afternoon crash. I no longer need to carry candy with me!
