I was hesitant at first. Started taking it in April when A1C was high. Followed up about a week ago and to the surprise of me and my primary care.....it came down 7points. I'm a true believer and will continue my journey of lowering it even more. Make sure u get the original one and not a knock off brand.

Didn't work for me

Lirae has changed my life! Three months ago I went down a rabbit hole regarding the side effects of my current medication. I decided to quit my medication and started taking Lirae Ceylon Cinnamon. Today I went to see my physician and discovered my A1C was a 5. This is below the pre diabetic level!!! I have not been below that level for about 15 years. I am thrilled! Thank you

since i have been using lirae my diabetes has come down to were it is very manageable.. i even feel that my body isnt as tired as it once was.. i wish that i had tried this sooner but the last few months has been a lot better

I use this daily. My numbers are good. I will use the pills for many years.
