I actually chew up the capsules and take more than one per day. I'm not sure how it's going to affect my blood sugar as of yet. I just eat them like a dessert.

I feel better, less restlessness and stressed out. I am only a month and a half and so far my blood sugars are running lower however my doctor changed my medications so can’t be sure which is having that effect. The Lirae’ capsules are large but I have no trouble swallowing them

I ordered 3 packets of Ceylon Cinnamon a few weeks ago. I have been taking one soft gel every morning. My morning blood sugar numbers have not improved a lot but I have noticed increased energy throughout the day. As mentioned on their website, it takes about six to eight months for normal readings of blood sugar.

Recieved the product in a timely manner. Have only taken it for 2 days but am hopeful this is the right product for blood sugar control.

Great customer service. I had a little trouble in ordering but it turned out they had an old card as payment and I needed to update my account with my need card. This product has really helped me keep my blood sugar in check. Last A1C was 5.9

Very helpful staff! They always keep me supplied. Lora’s has enabled me to keep my A1C at normal levels while eating a normal diet. I’m not starving myself, not eating “cardboard” foods. I can order anything on the menu and even have dessert! I have lots of energy and keep a pretty high activity level. No brain fog either. I was pretty much at a loss on what to do before I tried Lirae. I didn’t want insulin, not too sure about metformin long-term. Lirae fixes the glucose usage problem so it doesn’t build up in my blood anymore. It works for me. Try it and see if it works for you.
