ordering is pretty easy. my 1st order activated an auto subscription which i didn't want and canceling it was easy, unlike some other sites. I like the capsule form as it is easy to swallow and i think the product is helping me.

After getting hosed by the fake LIREA, I WAS SKEPTICAL to say the least. The product is expensive, and I did not want screwed again. It took a couple of weeks to get the cinnamon so I only have about 2 weeks behind me. Do gar, so good. The pills are quite large but seem easy to take. No funny burp taste, or odd side effects yet. Time will tell.

I really love the product, but I don't think I can afford it any longer!
