I was using another source that shipped 300 pieces in a pouch and they were all stuck together into a blob. The company wouldn't answer any emails. Ordered these and they were perfect, shipped promptly.

My hubby and I have both been taking the Ceylon Cinnamon for 5 months and both of our A1C had come down.

This has been helping my husband who was just diagnosed with diabetes type 2. The doctor was impressed.

My glucose levels were spiking. I was in danger of being put on insulin which as a truck driver would have ended my career. I started taking Lirae and in about a month, my levels dropped back to more manageable. They are not as low as I'd like but they did neutralize the insulin threat at least for now. I will be ordering more and hopefully this will continue.

Since starting with lirae glucose has gone down as well asA1C dropping down to 5.8 from over7.

I just opened my third package I have been taking 2 a day morning and night . I am not seeing great resoults but I do see small strides with my numbers. My fasting number were over 300 and seeing them down to the 200s at least. I will finish out my order and will get a A1 C test next week so we will see what the Dr. says then . Lets pray it helps me ..

While I have not had this unprecedented drop in Blood sugar what it has done is flatten out the hills and valleys. Taking the Lirae has made the peaks go away such that even though elevated, I am seeing an improvement in the A1C numbers little by little. Good delivery and responsiveness to questions and looking forward to seeing what this addition does in the longer term. Will likely order again.

I was on 2000mg. Of Metformin daily, I started taking Lirae and have slowly weaned myself from it and my blood sugar readings are good. So I think I will keep taking it!
