Keisha was terrific! She arrived early (which was an option I had selected) and was extremely calming as she sensed my fear of needles. Not only did she get my hard to reach vein on the first try but I felt nothing! For some phlebotomists, it is an art form. She knows her craft and I truly appreciate it!! I will definitely use the service again!
