Get labs was professional and helpful. Appointment was easy to make. I had not uploaded one of the pages of my orders. The error was caught and I was notified on order to upload it before my appointment so I didn’t have to reschedule. Technician was friendly, and more than competent. Wish I could have her every time I needed blood drawn! This is the second time I have used them and will continue to do so.

I had an order for fasting labs for a few months and I couldn’t get myself to fast long enough to go out and get them done early in the morning, or else I couldn’t get an appointment at the right time. I didn’t even know prior to this, that someone could come out to the house to draw them. Even though I had to pay, it was worth it because I know myself well enough to know that that I wouldn’t have gotten it done have they not come here!

Excellent customer service. Very responsive. The phlebotomist are always very knowledgeable and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Lina was fantastic! She is prompt and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Lina to anyone. If I have to get bloodwork again I would ask for her.

Emily was amazing! I have terrible anxiety and was struggling to get it done at any of the labcorp sites. She came and could not have been nicer. She kept me talking and relaxed throughout the process. I would highly recommend them and her to anyone! There is nothing like being able to do things from the comfort of your own home.

Getlabs cancelled my appointment during the 2hr arrival window. Disappointed with the last minute cancelation as I am not able to get a lab appointment for 5 days. I would have skipped Getlabs and secured a in person appointment at the lab had I known Getlabs reputation for missed and cancelled appointments. Great concept, poor staffing and execution.
