GetlabsReviews of getlabs.com

Super easy to set up, very convenient for early morning labs when you have to fast. The lab tech was professional, super nice and on time. Love the up-to-date information on when lab tech is arriving, and when the blood was dropped off at Quest. Also, reasonably priced, for this area. I would highly recommend Get Labs for a blood draw, conveniently at your own home.

They.answered questions and treated me was gentle with care

My Dr’s appointment was Wednesday Dec 3rd Dr appointment & the earliest labcorp appointment was on Monday Dec 1st but my wife said GetLabs could come to my home on Friday Nov 28th, no indication that I would have to wait exactly 1 week to get results. There is no way to contact GetLabs except email & hope for a response. I got my lab results after my doctor's appointment. Blood was collected on a Friday Nov 28 & my doctor's appointment was Wednesday Dec 3rd , results popped up in my hospital charts Friday Dec 5th in the afternoon but not my LabCorp account profile so I can't see historical trends and Data comparison. The entire experience defeated the whole purpose of using this service. I could have just taken the Monday Dec 1st appointment at Labcorp because I now know that I would have gotten my results on Tuesday the 2nd as my wife did as she went directly to Labcorp for her bloodwork & got results in her Labcorp chart in 1 day. There was no clear indication that using this service would take at least a week to get results & there is no direct way to contact this service & when I emailed them twice about my results & they finally did respond to 2nd email on Dec 4th as seen below. "Thank you for contacting Getlabs. We do not have access to patients' lab results. We recommend reaching out to your provider or the processing lab for information on your results. You can also view your patient portal for the appropriate lab:" In my opinion , this does not cut it & the turn around time is crazy slow but I will say the the person that came to take the blood and urine sample was On time, courteous , professional & I though the whole thing was convenient at the time but after this experience, I will definitely not be using this service again. I would not recommend this service unless you are completely unable to leave your residence, otherwise , go directly to the lab as the convenience of having someone come to your home will eventually lead to many other inconveniences.

I just used this service. It was a fantastic experience, getting bloodwork done at the house...priceless!! The nurse was very nice too . Quick in and out and I didn't have to starve too long since my labs were the fating kind

Excellent service and patient care. Prompt and pleasant. I would highly recommend this service.

Full service at-home lab collection convenience is a welcomed service. For families like mine with members who have Alzheimer's, going out can be problematic. Feza in Tucson was the tech sent and she was very efficient and friendly. We will be a repeat customer & I hope it will be Feza again.

Your privacy statement is excellent and your lab technician that came and drew labs was efficient and welcoming and well just caring. You can't teach that, but Rebecca is an amazing tech we enjoyed having her and we’re pleased with her.

Have used Getlabs multiple times for our two kids - made a challenging process much less stressful for both them.
