My experience with Getlabs has been fantastic. It was super easy to find a convenient date and time. I was able to book my appointment for the next day. Getlabs texted me updates on where my representative was and when to expect her. Rashik arrived right in time. She was professional and courteous. Later that day, I received a follow up text that my sample had been delivered.

What I liked about the service was that they texted me, updates along the way, and were highly communicative about the arrival time of the phlebotomist, Nicole. She was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend.
