We had a great experience with Lina . She was very nice and caring . Our 5 year old kid got a an amazing service and less stress as much as it is possible for a kid . Having service at home is very convenient and reduces anxiety for a child.

This was the first time getting home bloodwork as I’m injured and was unsure how it would go. Kenny the technician made it a calm experience by being very prompt, professional, respectful, patient and gentle. I truly appreciate Kenny and highly recommend Getlabs!

I scheduled a Getlabs appointment for 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM and remained available during the full appointment window. No one arrived during that time. I was then informed the provider would be at least 1 hour late. This is not a minor delay. It is a failure to meet the confirmed appointment window. For a medical service scheduled early in the morning, timely arrival and proactive communication are very important. I am leaving this review because customers should be able to rely on the appointment window they book. In my case, the service was not delivered as scheduled, and the communication came too late to be useful.
