Update: I had written a bad review here and in full transparency I wanted to advise of what happened. I had an appointment scheduled, i got a text stating everythign was good and confirming my appointment. I didn't get any other emails or text directly from them (or so I had thought ), turned out that my phone decided it looked like spam so it didnt show me it , they also used a different number for the confirmation vs the payment verification , so the next day when my appointment was due , i kept waiting and checking my text but never got anything , i went online and tried to get ahold of someone , went to the support page but wasn't able to get any help , no contact number to call or anything , on my profile online it didnt show anything about the payment being declined. I am not sure why its so difficult to have all the data in one place or they couldn't take 2 seconds to just call me and say hey the card got declined so i could check my fsa account (the card number had changed ) . My past experiences were good , the nurses were always nice and prompt which is why when i got ghosted , i felt so frustrated. I will possibly try again and update again

Dear Getlab's, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I've received from your nurse technicians. They are truly among the best I've encountered when it comes to drawing blood. Their care and attention to detail in finding a viable vein ensures a comfortable experience, avoiding unnecessary pain and discomfort. The cleanliness and sanitary conditions of your in-home service are a stark contrast to some of the LabCorp and Quest locations I've unfortunately had to use in past experiences due to insurance requirements. Those facilities were often unacceptably dirty and even had non-functional restrooms, which were only available for urinalysis. As someone who has undergone aggressive chemotherapy for stage 3B lymphoma, your convenient service has been invaluable. The challenges of getting around during my 7 months of hospital administered chemo treatments made routine blood draws a significant burden. I'm grateful to have been granted permanent disability benefits at 54, and I credit services like yours for making healthcare more accessible during this challenging time. I've already recommended your service to many friends who share my dislike of the traditional lab setting. Please know that the gratitude I feel for the care you provide is immeasurable. The nurses were prompt, polite and professional.

I used to wait 1-2 hours with an appointment to get blood work done in person. Now I can conveniently wait at home. Plus, the earliest time is at 5am which is a great for a pregnant mother who can only fast 8 hours before feeling sick! And I don’t have to deal with a crowd during cold and flu season!

GetLabs is very convenient. You can stay in the comfort of your own home, which is a big deal for me with my HIGH FEAR of needles. There is no in office wait time for hours. It has been a Great Experience for me and my husband. We have had 2 different appointments to get blood drawn with GetLabs and both times the Lab Techs have been over the Top Amazing. They have shown up early or right at the start of our 2-hour window. I highly recommend GetLabs. Such a Great Service. Thank you GetLabs.
