I like the idea of this service. This is a second review. My first on was 5 stars, but I had to take two away because one of my doctors orders us missing. I paid for the tests and Getlabs says the submitted them to LabCorp, but LabCorp only has one of my orders. I do not know if the problem is with Getlabs or LabCorp, but there should be more accountability and transparency between them for the consumer. I got a confirmation saying they submitted my samples to LabCorp but that's it. No details provided on the order or the location etc. So now I have to redo my tests again and it is a hassle.

Christine, the tech who came to my home arrived on time and was extremely pleasant and professional. I love Getlabs service. Yes, you pay for them to come out to your home, but it is well worth the convenience of staying home in your jammies and having someone come to you for your blood work. I highly recommend this service.

The ease and convenience of having labs done at home is the perfect way to take care of yourself and not deal with anxiety. The process is very easy! Tammy came out this morning and was the absolute best!

This is such a great service and fulfilled by a great company. I have used Getlabs twice now in the last month and everybody I have dealt with has been great.
