We've been using Furlife for our 4-1/2 month old Labradoodle for 2 months. Have found no fleas. Found a couple attached ticks in the very beginning of use, but none since. So they were probably already on him. Should mention we live in rural upstate NY, which is a virtual heaven for fleas & ticks. Vet wanted him on Simparica, so glad we didn't go that route. Happy to have found a natural solution that won't poison our dog or cause neurological systems down the road. This company is very responsive to your comments, questions and concerns. We had a minor issue and JeAnne helped us out. Thank you!

I ordered 7 flea colors and a bottle of the flea and tick spray. The shipment came very fast which was fantastic! However the spray had been crushed during shipment and leaked. I contacted customer support on a Saturday and they immediately responded and offered to replace the damaged item. JeAnne and Julia were absolutely wonderful, understanding, and helpful and I couldn’t be more pleased!

It was easy and no problem whatsoever!!! Julia was so helpful on changing some of the color 12 month pendants on my order. Now my pups will be protected from flees and ticks but with their favorite colors. Thank you so much Julia

I had an issue with a tick and flea collar purchased with FurLife. The inner bubble of essential oils had fallen out and gotten lost. I didn’t expect a speedy reply as it was reported on the weekend. But!!! By weekends’ end I had a resolve from two very helpful customer support people, Grissom and Julia. My replacement pendant for tick minimization is on its way to me It Doesn’t get much better than that MO from Maine
