I read the reviews. Thought this would be good for my dogs. Have had it on my dogs since Feb/March. My male dog just tested positive for Anaplasmosis. I would not recommend this product

I simply sent an email explaining how our new Fur life pendant broke. My email was replied to immediately and the company offered to replace it free of charge. The response and customer focused care provided by Roy and Julia were amazing! I truly appreciate everything they did for me and my baby girl!!! Thank you so much!

It went pretty smoothly! Julia was able to find out what was wrong in regards to my order and fixed it for me around the same week.
