Jeann got back to me quickly. I wanted to change the color of the furlife pendant that I ordered. Jeann changed it for me. I love these products. My dog wore it for 1 yr. With no fleas, etc.or problems. He is sensitive to traditional flea & tick products. I am going to order more.

I had made a mistake on my order that I noticed after I had submitted it. I contacted customer service by email and honestly I didn't expect I would get any help. However, Patrick immediately corrected it, and responded. Thank you Patrick for helping me!!!

I was missing the scent pack from inside the pendant, it must have somehow fallen out. I emailed customer service asking if there was anything we could do. Roy and Julia were amazing to talk with and were very quick with a solution! I appreciate how quick and easy this experience was. I am loving the product and now the company even more. ❤️
