I ordered furlife products for the first time after hearing good things about this product. I was using Frontline for many years but was not happy with what was used to make it. Furlife does not have any harsh chemicals and it does not go right on the pet. I ordered one for each of our 2 dogs and seem to be working very well. Today I saw that one of the items fell out of the holder that goes on there coller I took a photo and went to the Web site and went to support. I filled what was needed out and attached the photo and within a short amount of time I received an email. All I had to do was reply to the email and that was it. They are sending me a new one to replace the lost one at no charge. Thank you Roy you made this very simple and I appreciate that and you

The customer service was excellent. I informed them of a problem with part of my order and Roy, Julia, JeAnne immediately responded and sent a replacement after verifying the damage. Happy with the product overall as well. Will be ordering again in the future.

I normally 5 star this company. We've always gotten the collars in the past for our barn cats. Have NEVER had issues. I would rate this ZERO if I could! This year we tried the pods. Absolute JUNK!!! Less than 3 months in and finding ticks on our cats. And they are blaming it on our property and refuse to just replace with the collars. Or refund us. Or do ANYTHING about it! So now I'm sure this company is GARBAGE when it comes to actually standing behind this product. DISGUSTING! UPDATE: FurLife. In response to your reply. I did email once again and was told the EXACT SAME THING! You won't do ANYTHING about it! So nice try trying to make yourselves look better on your reviews. You still get a ZERO!!

The FurLife flea/tick tabs you put on your pet's collar work great. Jeanne was especially helpful in getting my purchase to me in a timely manner after there was a problem with my mailing address. So much appreciated her assistance.

JeAnn and Julia responded to my problem quickly. They were polite and very helpful. I am disappointed that I did not receive my furlife tag however they assured me they would make it right. I think your support staff are top rated. I will review the product should I ever actually receive it as they promised. Thank you for your help.

I received a damaged FurLife button, sent an email with a photo and within one day received reply informing me a replacement was on the way! Fabulous product I feel so confident is safe for my pet, and amazing customer service by JeAnne & Patrick! I highly recommend this company and their products!!

My original order was mishandled, but as soon as I reported it, it was completely taken care of.
