I recently ordered 2 collars for my dogs, and unfortunately I did not receive them. I have ordered collars and pendants for the past couple of years and love Furlife products! These pendants/collars are great for my dogs, I used others in the past but Furlife seems to work better and my dogs seem happier and appear to be better covered from nasty pests. Patrick & Julia have worked with me and are sending replacement collars at no charge to me! I am so thankful to have these guys in my corner to help keep my furbabies healthy and safe! I will continue to order their products! Thank You Patrick and Julia for your support and professionalism with this problem!

Zero stars. DO NOT buy the collar attachment! The attachment bulb that held the oils exploded from the heat on my dog and he got severe hotspot burns all around his neck. Had to call poison control, then take him to the er. Hes now on 4 prescription medications to heal. If I could upload pictures here I would. My poor dog was in so much pain from a "nontoxic" item and needs to wear gauze around his neck now until it heals. Do not advertise that an item is non toxic to dogs but then have it completely burn my dog in multiple spots where it exploded.

I received product in the mail and do not remember ordering so I contacted FurLife and Patrick researched and it was determined it wasn’t from FurLife. Thank you Patrick!!!

I accidentally ordered the wrong color and immediately contacted them. I shortly received an email that they changed the color for me. So happy with their service. And love these furlife tags for my dog.

Communication through email was very prompt and courteous. Problem was resolved quickly and a solution was offered. I will say i like to call and speak with customer service but this wasnt an option but I found they responded clearly and quickly which made the experience painless. Thank you!
