I made an order from this company for the first time. what i truly admire from them was the incident that I have not received my order from the courier who delivered to my place. This company kept on giving me updates about the tracking about my item was, until I recieved a notification that the item has already been delivered. Until few days, I just realized that I didnt get the item, and even my neighbors have not seen on their mail boxes. So what I did, I emailed the help service of Furlife, and I am so happy on the way they made an immediate action regarding this concern. It was not their fault that the item got lost, and yet they offered to send me a replacement of my order. These people, to mention their names are doing their job well in order that their customers like me will be satisfied on how they handle matters like this, and for sure, not just the quality of their products, but how professional these people are. I commend the great help of JeAnne, Ramon and Patrick. Thank you and continue doing a great job!

After I ordered my dogs FurLife flea and tick collar tag I noticed the color was the wrong one. I thought I clicked on the light blue one and it was showing I ordered the green one. I messaged FurLife and asked if it could be switched as long as my order hasn’t shipped yet. Glisson made sure to switch the green one with the light blue one for me. Thank you so much Glisson, you Rock!! ☺️
