I did not receive my order due to an address issue. I emailed customer service at Furlife and within minutes had a response. Patrick and Glisson were amazing. They both worked very quickly to assure that my order would get to me ASAP. Thank you Furlife. You have a customer forever.

The dog flea and tick gadget was completely ineffective, at least for fleas. Bought on Amazon and now Amazon has removed this product all together. I can’t request a refund or write a review. Don’t waste your money!

I was mentally preparing myself for no help at all with my lost shipment but I was so impressed with how Patrick promptly responded to my email. He not only read my whole diatribe but was understanding and concerned that I had not received my order.
