Mine tore after a month or so, so I reached out and Julia and Patrick were sweet, kind, and to the point! And through all of that came a great solution, they sent me another one! Thanks guys! I do feel like it was working, so I’m happy to get one on my puppers soon!

I had a concern over my recent pendants not working like they usually do. I emailed FurLife with my concerns, but went ahead and ordered another set of pendants. Matt & Julia got my email, responded the next business day and because I had already ordered, they gave me an extra discount. Working with them and their care for customer service is excellent!! I have been a customer for 3 years and will continue to be.

I Purchased furlife oilcallars in the April 2026 for my 2 mini schnauzers . They both have health issues and can not use vet products for flea & tick defense because it has made this very sick in the past . I decided to give furlife a try as it had such positive reviews and thought it was worth the try because in our area of the OuterBanks, NC the ticks are terrible . One short walk with our dogs could bring home several ticks . To our surprise we have only gotten 2 ticks in 3 months and know fleas! Also the ticks didn’t even have any blood on them so it appeared they haven’t even attached themselves for long on their fur. So I have to truely say they WORK!!! So very thankful we have found Furlife and know it’s a safe way to combat those unwanted fleas & ticks for our precious dogs. I ordered 5 of the 12 month pendants. One of them got damaged by one of my dogs playing and bit a hole in it. I sent an email about a refill. After several emails they were great enough to send me a replacement pendant free of charge. I would like to thank Roy, Patrick and Julia for their great customer service.
