My experience with Julia was excellent. I have an issue with with the delivery, and Julia helped me, whenever I wrote to her she replied to my messages. Dealing with people like that makes for a great experience, and would recommend the company. Thanks Julia♥️

Thank you to Julia for your response on the furlife collar and also the discount code to purchase another collar pendant since the oil pod can’t be replaced alone. Thank you Julia.

This is the best product I have ever used We live in the woods and the ticks and flees are rampant since finding Furlife I have not had any issues with ticks or flees! I love the collar pendant so I do not have to add another collar to my dogs neck which eventually fall off and or break!

We received our product pretty quickly and in good condition HOWEVER our Mini Aussiedoodle immediately began vomiting when we put it on her. We had to remove it immediately. I let them know about this and they informed me they would refund 60% of my cost. They were very easy to work with and went beyond what was expected to treat us well. We're as happy as we can be with the outcome.

Terrible experience! The scent thing fell out of all four collars I bought within a month. One scent thing fell out the first week! Then no one would respond to my emails when I wanted a refund until it was past the 30 day mark and I no longer qualified. I tried to call the number they have listed and an automated system said there is no customer service available and to email. What a scam! Do not buy!! I reached out again as they suggested and the response was the same, that I am outside the 30 day window and there is nothing they can do. Save yourself the time and money and shop elsewhere.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're truly sorry to hear how frustrating this has been. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to have the scented inserts fall out of your collars so quickly, especially after purchasing four of them. That is certainly not the quality we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We're also sorry to hear about your experience trying to reach our support team. We know how frustrating it is to feel like you're not getting a response when you're looking for help, and we apologize if that was your experience. We'd really appreciate the chance to look into this again. Please email us at [email protected] with your order details, and our team will personally review your case and do everything we can to find a fair solution. Thank you again for your feedback. We genuinely value it, and we hope you'll give us the opportunity to make things right.

Really quick response from Julia. That was great to hear back from her as figured it would take a few days! Both times I sent an email, she responded, and reassured me a solution to my concern! Thank you so much for really caring for your customers! Sincerely, Jill Cruz
