I wanted a better product for Barney and found Furlife Flea and tick chews and it’s also better for Barney’s family not to have contact with a chemical collar. Now Julia has been old fashion customer service someone who wants to help the customer. Thank you Julia From Barney and his family

Great customer service.

I purchased the flea/tick collar & loved it! I had an issue with the collar repellant piece coming out of the collar attachment. I contacted Furlife about this issue, I was 30 days past return time. Furlife staff Glisson & Julia both assisted me & sent me a replacement! Great ladies & very attentive & understanding.

Their web site wouldn't work on my PC, but I was able to reorder thru e-mail. Thank you for your prompt responses! I didn't want my little guy's protection to lapse. He's worn his pendant for almost a year and NO FLEAS OR TICKS!!!!!
