Was super excited to try out these collars for a non toxic alternative to nexgaurd. However, less than 2 weeks and I just pulled a tick off my pup- which was not easy as it had burrowed deep already. I live in the suburbs with residential trails so nothing crazy with large fields. The collar insert was supposed to last a year so this is definitely disappointing

So before ordering product I asked how much Citronella is in their SECRET formula that is impossible to find the breakdown of ingredients and knowing that Citronella can be harmful to pets. I was told a minimal amount and made up of other oils. I ordered product as it stated money back guarantee. It took weeks to get here so now I’m assuming it’s from a foreign Country that doesn’t have the same testing standards we have. I opened the package and got an over powering smell of Citronella. I placed it on my Dobermans collar and used it on and off if we would go into areas of fleas and ticks. The smell was so potent while in the vehicle I decided that was it I am not putting this on my dog again as Citronella is harmful and I’m pretty sure this is their main ingredient as it repels mosquitoes and is very cheap ingredient. When I called for the 100 % guarantee the agent stated “put it in another room until the smell lessens. I knew right then I had a problem. Several emails of back and forth and the agent stopped emailing. Then I tried looking at reviews which brought me to this site. My suggestion is call your C.C. Company before the 30 days and dispute this product because they are going to make you jump through hoops to receive your money back on a product that is probably not safe for your pet. I may still call BBB and the Attorney General’s office of my State . Buyer beware P.S. I didn’t read anything in your answer about refund. I have already sent several emails asking for one. You have already told me to place product in another room with plenty of ventilation for a week. Amazing that you say this as if others have also complained and yet nothing is stated on package as a warning. I can only imagine how many people place this around their dogs neck without a thought of the issues and yet now your warning about airing it out. How many ways can a person ask for a refund. I’ve sent you my proof of purchase as stated, crickets…

I like the all natural concept. I prefer it over chemicals. We are still pulling ticks off our St. Bernard. It doesn’t seem to matter what we use. He is a tick magnet. We will absolutely still use this product over anything else.. I do recommend it.

Using on dogs and cats. Collars smell nice and seem to be working well. Haven't had any ticks on my critters since putting collar on them. Customers service was also great as I put in the wrong address when shipping due to not knowing how they shipped. My order was returned by the post office. Fur life contacted me regarding this and shipped again at no cost once I figured out the hiccup. Will purchase again

Was very excited to purchase this product as a healthier preventative treatment for my cat and dog against flee and ticks. Unfortunately I received the order and the sizing is the same for a dog and cat which isn’t clearly disclosed and there is no way this could go on my cats collar and stay safely. Secondly inside that cats tin was an empty vessel sealed in plastic the essential oil was supposed to be in? I sent a photo of this ( proof) and explanation of the disappointment regarding the sizing and requested our money back. Customer service kept trying to offer other solutions even though I requested the refund would be satisfactory. Furthermore I placed my dogs collar attatchment on and it didn’t repell as guaranteed. Our pup had ticks latch on more then one occasion in a 2 week period. If these products are guaranteed to last up to a years time there is no way at 2 weeks any ticks would bother the animal. I have reached outmultiple times and they give you a run around offering 40percent back then 80 percent back so you don’t have the hassle to return the items? It should be as advertised in Bold lettering 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed.

Seems to be working in first couple of months. At first she seemed woozy from the intense smell as was I. Would recommend.

These collars are amazing, especially for older cats that are sensitive to chemicals. I am so glad that I finally found something that works and is safe for my furbabies. Thanks again for this amazing collar.

Had Furlife on Tucker for about a month now and we love how well it works!! We live in a the woods and ticks have always been a big deal. We have not found any ticks on him or his bed since him wearing Furlife!
