The customer service is great, responded quickly to my question and kept me informed. As for the product, I have only had it about 3 weeks now but so far very good. I chose the blue collars for my 16 year old dog and he looks very dapper on him. He is not used to a collar 24/7 but has not been bothered wearing this collar at all. The material is light and a very soft silicone feel. He doesn't even feel it on! I have not seen a tick or flea on him and we live in the country with many many woods and trees. I love it! My grand puppy's parents also bought their female pup one (in pink) and I must say, the colors of the collars are very nice to look at! She looks stunning in her pink collar and no ticks or fleas on her either. We both love that it is made with "natural" ingredients. I will post a review if this proves to be otherwise but up to now, its been great!

My pup has been using the FurLife pendant for only a month and I haven't found one flea or tick on him. He is a very active boy who loves rolling around in grass. We also go watch my nieces play softball. Not one issue yet. We are at the same field 4 times a week. I will definitely continue to use this product.

Products seem effective. Smell is pleasant.

Our doggie Roxie is always smiling, even more so with her matching new furlife collar attachment. It has been very effective so far. She’ll be 3 on June 10th and our almost 4 year old daugher and her are best friends forever!!!

The collars have s pleasant smell and are non toxic which I absolutely love. They are very effective and have not found a flea or tick since putting it on my dogs!!

Love the results! It's been just over a month for my 2 hound dogs, and I have not seen any fleas or ticks on them. I have pulled a few off me though! It seems to also help with black flies, usually their belly's get red blotches from bug bites, and they have had none! I have been recommending to my friends to try for their dogs as well.

We have four fur life’s on St Bernard’s. So far so good. The four dogs are active in different areas, some are in the woods all the time and some are more pasture lawn. We’ve had fur life for about a month. No ticks or fleas as of yet and it’s all natural. I will review it in a year and if they are still working I’ll change to 5 stars.
