My dog was itching before I got the product. I gave her a bath still itching and I could not see anything on her skin but once I put the collar on the itching stopped. I will be ordering again in 12 months… thank you for a great product.

Both my dogs got ticks after 1 week of wearing these collars. Customer service said we needed to wait 3 weeks for it to work. They both each got a second tick in the 2nd week. I wanted a refund. They only offered me 40%. I had to remind them of their 100%guarantee. it was a hassle, finally offered me 80% to not have the hassle of returning products. took another 2 weeks (total 5 weeks since 1st tick) to get the refund. Now one of my babies has lime disease. I am NOT happy

After receiving the Flea/Tick pendant I noticed the plastic cracked when I slide it on my dog’s collar. Over a few days the crack got larger. Then I received a helpful email from FurLife asking if I was happy with the purchase? I wrote back the product might be defective. Immediately (I think it was the same day) I received an email from Joey who assisted me in replacing the cracked pendant. Both Joey & Julia were so helpful in making sure our dog Cosette had a replacement pendant to protect her from unwanted pest & insects. Thank you FurLife!
