I had purchased the furlife tags for my dogs and they worked wonderfully until my one dog kept pulling out the oil disk when they played. I emailed furlife the problem and the rep Joan sent me replacements free of charge. She was great and she responded fast and was very helpful. I will now put the tags on the inside of their collars. Hopefully that helps. Great product, great company, great customer service. I will be a customer for as long as I have dogs and cats. Which will be forever!!

FurLife has been a great company to work with. I love their products. I recently had an issue with my dog's collar pendant and they quickly resolved it. Julia was a great help! I would definitely recommend this company!

No issues whatsoever since we put them on. We have a major issue next door and have tried everything. They are amazing. Would 10 out of 10 recommend.

I use the pendents on my small dogs but I have 2 dogs that are right at 5 pounds and the collars fit around their necks better. The quality is exceptional for both styles and the dogs had no trouble adjusting to either style. I highly recommend both.

FurLife is a company that definitely stands by their products!! (Unlike so many other businesses that don't seem to care, FurLife does, and it shows! I've purchased the 12 mo flea/tick pendant and the calming collar, and I appreciate how they protect our pup without toxic chemicals. Their customer care was super responsive when I contacted them, and they made it right! Again, not many companies will still stand by their products, but FurLife definitely DOES!

Patrick was very helpful when I needed product help and replacement. Quick and throughout responses. I was very excited to try the pendant and it unfortunately was damaged so I was able to get a new one shipped out very quickly. I cannot wait to try it. Seems like a great product!
