I love this product this far, i have not seen a tick or flea on my fur babies we live by a creek that we visit daily with alot of ticks around, not one on my babies. They other issue i would like to give a hug shout out. My first shipment was damaged, i email the furlife. Immediately got a response and was replaced in no time at all.

I bought one of their repellent medallions on April 17th and received the item at the start of May. It has been a month now and the caller should still be at full strength. However since then, I have found at least three ticks feeding on my dog and she now has fleas. I tried contacting customer support by email, and all I got was, "for best results you need to pair it with our sprays/collar" (aka, buy more stuff). And, "give it time". How much time does it need!? Last I checked insect repellent was usually instantaneous! I am very disappointed with this product and with their customer service. Would not suggest buying.

This is such a great product line! My dog doesn't mind it either. The bugs stay away from her. I feel so good knowing I am not poisoning her. I ordered my second bottle of the spray and had a leaking damaged package and Joan was so responsive and so helpful. It is nice to deal with good people and a great company!
