I have been purchasing FurLife collars for my dog this last year and a half. I recently had to contact FurLife support due to a delivery issue (not their fault) and I received a response within a few short hours over the weekend. The support team members Joan and Julia were super helpful and friendly. I was already a fan of FurLife Products, but now they have truely gained a Happy and definitely Returning customer 'for-life'. Very Satisfied! We received the wrong color flee & tick tag for our dog. I emailed FurLife and Joan responded to my email immediately. Once I showed proof, Joan put the correct color tag in the mail. I've been using their products for the past several years and have been impressed and now I'm impressed with their customer service.

My experience was great with customer service, Joey helped out, I wanted to exchange the pendant for the collar and they did so without even having me return the pendant. Makes it so much easier for me! I can’t wait to try the collar on my dog for non toxic flea and tick care. Thanks furlife!

Ich habe Furlife bei meiner älteren Hündin ausprobiert sowie bei meinem 6montigem Welpen. Beide hatten in den letzten 5 Wochen nur eine einzige Zecke, trotz Waldspaziergängen in Zeckengebieten! Die Welpin hatte vorher Zecken angeschleppt... Ich bin super zufrieden, ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass das natürliche Mittel so gut wirkt :)

I’ve been very satisfied with your product. First time user and am very happy with its protection. When I had to contact customer service about a leak in the capsule, the response time was miraculous! Especially when I emailed them at 6:30. AM CST and received a response within 15 minutes! We purchased two pendants and they seemed to be working. After less than 2 months , I noticed one of my dogs’ inserts was flat (could have been that she scratched or who knows). I messaged the company to see if there was anything they could do and Julia and Roy delivered! They didn’t hesitate to ensure that I will receive a replacement after sending a picture.

This has changed my girl’s life, she was scratching a lot, she was stressed, try different treatments but non of them work? I was stressed since wearing this collar she is being nothing but happy no scratching her hair growing back no more flea it’s amazing I can’t thank you enough I will recommend treatment for any one who is having trouble with dog scratching, I have been told it was dog allergies but it wasn’t. I’m surprised how wonderful this is I will buy again
