I emailed Fur life with an issue and they responded very quickly. I wasn't sure that my issue would be covered but Patrick was able to help me and replaced the items I had an issue with. I was very impressed by the customer service that I received from the company. It was above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely continue to work with them, great product and service. One of my dogs lost the bubble out of her pendant, I messaged FurLife early in the morning, with my concerns/worries, that one of my other dogs could possibly ingest it and get sick…. they returned my message instantly…. Offering me a replacement for the pendant at no cost to me….Julia, Roy and Patrick addressed my concerns and we’re absolutely amazing…. there needs to be more companies like FurLife, that understand that life just happens (still don’t know where the bubble is)… but Julia, Roy and Patrick gave me the information that was needed, that helped relieve the concern that I had… THANK YOU!!! You are amazing!!!

My puppy had chewed through her fur life attachment and broke the bead open. Julia and Patrick sent me a new one free of charge. I was so concerned because we were so a excited to receive it and have her flea and tick treatment covered. I super appreciated how quick they respond and resolved the problem.
