We ordered 2 flea and tick pendants and realized, once we placed the order and paid, that they were green in color. My wife actually wanted black. So we e-mailed our request to have the order changed and Ramon immediately made the change for us. We wish that everyone was as polite and helpful as Ramon. I think at first when we put it on her she didn't the smell was kind of unbearable to her but now she's wearing it she keeps it on all the time and it doesn't really bother her as much but we're glad to have that and we're still trying to try it out even though we got a year to use it I think before when we got that for her she had got a small rash so but now she's we're trying to get her back to health and I think she's doing okay
