I am first time purchaser and am really happy with the overall experience ordering furlife items. It was easy to select what I wanted for my German Shepherd puppy now 1 1/2 years old. Our 4 german shepherds before her each passed away much too early (cancer) so trying to go as natural as possible this time around to give her a long, healthly life! I was able to email with Donnie from furlife, who was so helpful! Quick replies and so much understanding of where I was coming from- Donnie's support helped my purchase be an easy and happy experience. I'm on autoship for the flea/tick chews and the tub is coming right on schedule. Thank you!

I have found recently that the customer service levels with most companies has become subpar. This is not the case with FurLife!! They have an awesome product and excellent customer service. I had an issue and they were so quick to resolve it!

I realized a couple days ago that I hadn’t received my collar and so tried to figure out why. While trying to schedule a delivery from the incorrect post office it was delivered to, Julia contacted me to confirm the correct address so the collar would be sent over. I thought I was going to have to jump through hoops to get this figured out, or go pickup the mail from the post office in the neighboring town but Julia took care of it!

I absolutely love this furlife flea & tick attachment to Sadie's collar so far since the day I got it and put it on her I've not seen any fleas or ticks on her.
