Roy, Joey and the FurLife Team have been so excellent to correspond with. I had a minor issue with one product and it was promptly fixed and replaced. My animals are wearing the products and are tick-free and happy! (Well, the cats sulked for a bit but are now used to their collars.) Thank you, FurLife. Here's to healthy summers.

My order of a 12 month pendant for my senior dog was received today and was damaged when it was opened. I notified Fur Life this evening and received an immediate reply and offer to replace the damaged pendant with a new one. I am very grateful to Joan for her timely help.

I needed help with my order and was so happy to have a real person- Joan- respond to me. And Joan speaks English! And it was after business hours! We communicated back and forth a few times over a two days and she always responded very quickly. When I first saw the email response, it had come so quickly that I assumed it was an automatic response.
