What made my experience awesome with Julia, is that she understood why I was reaching out since my sweet and crazy pup managed to puncture the pendent. When she looked into what she could do to help with the cost of me replacing the pendent, I received an coupon offer that helped a lot. Tnew pendent arrived today, or rather I was able to pick it up today the 23rd. As time goes by I will continue to oreder these pendents for my two dogs. finding good customer service these days seem harder and harder, so as a customer service person myself I think it is important to give the good feedback when it's deserved.

I was sent the wrong product and I reached out for help and Julia responded and let me know that the product I received was interchangeable with what I had ordered. This was a huge relief!

Julia was very kind and helpful in resolving my issue with my dog being sensitive to the collar. He may not be able to wear the collar but we are going to try the chews instead and hopefully he can tolerate them.
