Had so much hope until we found a tick. It smells good though. But won't buy again.

Response was timely, professional and courteous. I was able to update my subscription almost immediately, which was very important to me given the high tick concerns this year. Julia was great!! I really appreciated her friendly service and quick response.

I ordered a 12 month Furlife Pendant for my Butterscotch. This was the second one because she lost the first one. It had no smell. But I reached out to Patrick and Julia and was offered a replacement. That really helped. I appreciate the integrity of this company by offering a replacement.
