This is now my second year using the FurLife Anti Flea and Tick Tag. I loved how effective it was over the last year and saw a difference within the week. For this second order for my two dogs, one of them unfortunately lost the pod containing the oils while on a walk. When I expressed my concerns to the FurLife support team, Matt and Patrick were very swift in responding to me and helping me prepare a replacement order. Their customer service and efficiency were greatly appreciated and only further solidified my place as a potential long time customer.

I noticed that my order was incorrect and Julia from support fixed my order and made sure that I was taken care of. She has truly made my day. I really was not happy when I noticed that my order went from dog to cat and color changed also, but like I stated Julia took care of the situation and made me a true believer in this company. We really wanted to go with a company and a product that was healthier for our fur children. The company has done right by us, even though the previous order didn’t turn out the way we had hoped, they helped us to resolve it.
