The customer service at Furlife is impeccable!! Second to none!! Particularly JeAnne and Julia. They respond quickly and are straight to the point, they fix any issues with orders get the problem solved with the quickness! I highly recommend buying stuff for your fur babies at fur life!!!

I let them know one of the 6 pendants I ordered was leaking after a couple of months. Sent a picture of said item and the girls, Julia and JeAnne, kindly submitted a replacement order. FurLife's Customer Service is excellent. I will definitely being reordering when it is time as product has been controlling the tick problem I was having. Thanks girls!

I asked for a refund of product not expecting a good result and having to jump through hoops as with other companies. I sent an email and received a reply right away from Patrick! As I was updating further information In another email, Patrick had already sent a reply!! Happened three times over. Poof that they stand behind their products and the integrity of this business. Should I have interest in another product, I will definitely come back to Furlife.
