The customer service is outstanding!!! I made a mistake and it was all taken care of by Joey's swift replies. I dont want to say too much but my mother was almost in tears because of my mistake and he has made both our day ten times over. I will be happily ordering from furlife on the next round of cat collars. Thank you Joey for going above and beyond!!!

Well i bought the collars for my cats and put the collars on and now my cats are covered in fleas again. I dont understand why they keep getting fleas back. I have emailed and never got a response back.
