I received quick feedback to my email and satisfactory response which included a refund. Appreciate dealing with companies who have prompt customer service. I’m a three year customer of furlife. I trust it to be safe as well as effective for tick, flea and mosquito protection.

In most instances when I reach out to companies due to a question or a problem, I anticipate receiving an AI response or no response. Julia responded to an issue that I had with a recently placed order promptly. It gave me satisfaction to know that I was heard quickly and that the problem would be corrected.

When the oil tab fell out of my dog’s collar, I emailed the company and explained the situation as it had only been less than a month. They were extremely fast in their response and sent a replacement with no problem.I cannot rave enough about the excellent customer service I received from JeAnne at FurLife.

Customer service sucks! No way to contact anyone. They say text but unable to even do that. Good luck if you want to return or cancel!
